La saga contractuelle entre Salernitana et Boulaye Dia continue d’alimenter les titres alors que les négociations restent dans l’impasse. Malgré les efforts de médiation, aucun accord n’a été trouvé pour réintégrer le joueur sénégalais dans l’équipe. Avec une date limite fixée par le Conseil d’arbitrage, l’avenir de l’attaquant sénégalais reste incertain, ouvrant la porte à des spéculations sur son départ potentiel en fin de saison.
Après le limogeage de Fabio Liverani et l’arrivée sur le banc de Stefano Colantuono, Salernitana a entrepris des efforts de médiation avec Boulaye Dia pour tenter de combler le fossé créé après le déplacement à Udine. Cependant, trois semaines de négociations n’ont pas suffi à surmonter les malentendus et à parvenir à une conciliation qui aurait évité le litige juridique, d’après la presse italienne.
Les avocats de Salernitana ont proposé un accord à ceux de Boulaye Dia, prévoyant une réduction de salaire et une reformulation de la clause de transfert futur. Concrètement, la société Campania a offert une réduction de 30%, alors que la demande présentée au panel d’arbitrage était de 50%. Cependant, il persiste encore un écart entre les parties, notamment parce que l’entourage de Boulaye Dia demande d’abord la réintégration de son client dans l’équipe, ce qui n’a pas encore été réalisé. Il semble donc qu’aucun accord n’ait été conclu, même sur les chiffres de la clause.
Pendant ce temps, la bataille juridique engagée par Salernitana se poursuit : le Conseil d’arbitrage, après avoir annulé la première audience prévue le 26 avril, a fixé le délai pour régler l’affaire au 24 mai. L’espoir est de trouver un accord d’ici cette date, même si les perspectives sont minces. Le champion d’Afrique avec le Sénégal ne participera donc pas au match contre la Lazio, à Rome. Les Biancocelesti semblent également avoir envisagé l’attaquant sénégalais, pour lequel ils pourraient manifester de l’intérêt en fin de championnat.
